Review business and functional requirements to create test strategies, test plans, test scenarios and test cases/scripts (JMeter) and other testing artifacts for each test cycle
Develop and maintain manual and automated tests in Zephyr
Identify dependencies and risks, define the test strategy for integrated systems
Perform all aspects of verification - functional, regression, system testing, backend validation and user experience
Troubleshoot software configuration problems
Coordination with geographically distributed teams
Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities
Develop and Executing UI Based test scenarios
Develop Integrations test cases for API and UI
What you bring to the team
Mandatory - 3+ years of experience in executing Pega applications for functional & integration testing
Mandatory - Good knowledge of Pega PRPC 7.x/8.x
Experience in using SOAP UI or Postman for publishing events/requests to Pega, setting up Rest API's is preferred
Experience in working with Pega as a headless application is preferred
3-5 years of experience in developing, maintaining and executing automated testing scripts
3+ years of experience in test automation frameworks like JMeter, Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress or equivalent scripting language and tools such as Zephyr.
Experience in developing test plans and protocols
Experience in identifying operational issues, recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems
Basic experience with Jenkins or equivalent tools for CI/CD
Knowledge of JavaScript and coding experience in JAVA
Ability to multi-task several testing activities simultaneously
Understanding and/or working knowledge of SQL/Oracle databases with the ability to write basic queries
Experience testing web-based applications and web service calls
Familiarity with Agile frameworks.
Good understanding of writing the Locators (XPath/CSS)
Knowledge of API(Rest)
