Reviews requirement documents to ensure they are testable
Works with business analysts and project managers to determine the most effective testing and inspection strategy for projects of varying complexity and size
Develops test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports based on business requirements documents for multiple projects of varying size
Identifies and communicates business risks, relative to testing and implementation, project team and management
Execute testing on various software applications, support and reporting systems
Validates user requirements are satisfied, during the testing process
Documents and reports defects with well-defined Steps to Reproduce
Qualifications
Education/Certification/Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 7 years prior experience in a Quality Assurance Analyst role
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred with a major in relevant information/computer technology field preferred
Advanced SQL knowledge is required
Experience writing test plans and test cases from requirements documentation
Able to identify and define testing criteria, data and data type validation, pass/fail conditions, boundary conditions
Experience designing, developing and testing processes for data
