Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in testing using various QA applications is required.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent Degree
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum is required.
Experience in creating technical documentation is required.
Min. 5 Years of Hands-On in Automation (Selenium with Java/Cucumber framework)

Should have experience in different phases of STLC.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly, ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results.
Possess good oral and written documentation skills and be able to interact with other team members to deliver fast with quality.
Must have experience in performing quality assurance testing - functional, integration and regression.
Experience in driving the End-End Testing process/deliverables.
Experience with Agile development methodology.
Should have proven experience with development and maintenance of regression and performance tests in a complex architecture.
Should be able to establish a solid relationship with other team members to understand the vision, requirements, and priorities of our projects.
Should have detailed knowledge of QA testing methodologies, concepts, processes, and documentation.
Strong experience guiding and mentoring resources technically and is also an excellent hands-on tester.
Analyze, design, review, develop and Execute test strategies, test scenarios and test plans for new components and help root-cause issues working with software development teams.
Help speed up regression cycles by identifying areas of automation opportunities.
Should be able to work with teams at offshore and must be flexible to adjust the work schedule to ensure overlap with offshore teams for effective deliverables.
Experience in Co-Ordinating with cross-functional team for integration testing.
Hands on experience in API testing using Postman, Soap-UI and Swagger.
Hands on experience in Backend/Database validations with MongoDB Compass/SQL.
Ability to work and co-ordinate with Dev and business teams.
Ability to troubleshoot and should be able to work with a variety of team members with different temperaments and experience levels.
Nice to have
Knowledge on Retail domain and Order Management system.
Experience on Mobile and Tablet device testing.
Experience in testing Native and Web applications.
