We’re looking for someone with proven application of testing methodologies, including a range of Agile testing methods such as test driven development and behaviour driven development. You'll have at least eight years' relevant experience with a good understanding of testing concepts and test processes. You’ll have experience with a wide range of testing automation tooling and it's essential that you have experience working on Agile projects.
You’ll also need experience of systems development lifecycle, along with experience of delivering testing activities in a technology or IT function.
Additionally, we’ll be looking for:
Automation skills with Python, Django framework or Selenium, Java and Cucumber
Knowledge of Agile concepts and experience working on Agile projects
The ability to collaborate well and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills
Experience managing a team of at least five people
Experience on test management, estimation, and planning and producing test reports
Stakeholder management skills
