Responsibilities:
Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables
Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements, and prepare a design test coverage plan
Develop, document, and maintain functional/Technical test cases and Traceability Matrix Execute functional (System, Integration, End 2 End) and regression test suites
Document software defects using a bug tracking system and report defects to software developers and other stakeholders
Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes
Develop and maintain object repositories, test data, and function libraries
Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes
As a test expert, he/she is expected to coach other team members in software testing techniques/tools and evaluation of the tools
Proficient in QA process, documentation, and Manual/Automated testing
Ability to lead and understand functional aspects of projects
Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or communications.
Experience in creation, Execution, and Maintenance of Test Requirements, Test cases, Reporting defects
Good written and verbal communication skills, Analytical skills
Requirements
3+ yrs of experience in QA automation experience
Strong experience in writing the End to End and the Integration test cases
Strong experience in writing test scripts against RESTful API endpoints
Proficient using QA automation framework - Playwright, C#, XUnit, and Fluent Assertions & other similar tools
Good to have experience in Selenium / Puppeteer with C#
Able to create well-written test cases in Azure DevOps
Responsible to update existing test cases for an endpoint to ensure coverage and compliance with test coverage requirements
Having good exposure to understanding requirements, communication & collaboration with stakeholders
Preferred - Candidate with good experience with Playwright, C#, XUnit, and Fluent Assertions
