We at Innovaccer are looking for Quality Associate - I to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and supporting the planning/design/execution of test plans and test scripts. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements, and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring that the end deliverable meets the appropriate quality standards, is accurate, fully functional and user-friendly.

Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Understand the Innovaccer Data Model, query the data in the database and compare that with the applications/frontend to ensure accuracy and completeness
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and project managers) to identify customer requirements
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify reasons for issues
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
KEY SKILL:
Proven work experience of 2-4 years in software quality assurance
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes
Strong knowledge of SQL is required
Ability to understand the Data Model, query the database and compare with the applications/frontend
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Experience in reconciling the data from Source to Target
Ability to validate data mappings - ETL Transformations, Business validations and Aggregation/Analytical checks
Experience with record in/record out validations
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
API Testing - REST/SOAP, Postman, Pycharm, Pytest is a good to have
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools -Python, Selenium is a good to have
