Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the established quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Write testcases after understanding the requirements from the development team and product owner
Perform manual testing based on the approved testcases
Perform performance testing to measure response times of UI/API
Identify opportunities to automate the manual testing using industry standard tools & technologies such as Selenium
Maintain strong overall quality control of software assets adhering to reliability, performance and customer expectation.
Communicate with various internal stakeholders and keep them updated on the status
Work with project manager to plan and complete the testing with in the agreed timelines
Technical Skills : Manual testing, Automation testing, Performance testing, Selenium, SQL, JMeter, Postman, JIRA, Agile Methodology
