Role & Responsibilities:
Individually contribute to manual & regression testing of SaaS systems configurations & customizations such as Salesforce, Zuora, MuleSoft and internal/external integrated systems
Design high quality test plans, cases, and executions pertaining to enterprise level projects
Develop analysis of regression for projects of a larger scale (Primarily Billing System)
Find, isolate, regress, and track bugs in order to find the most efficient resolution
Analyse functional requirements and recommend appropriate measures for QA processes and tools
Collaboration with Business, Development & Product Management teams with involvement in design, development, & documentation of the changes
Work with solution architects, developers, and business analysts on debugging and problem solving
Perform Root Cause Analysis on QA issues and report them to all business stakeholders and project managers
Key Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of overall quality assurance experience in a SaaS environment
3+ years of experience in software testing and automation in long-term enterprise level roles
Application testing experience in Zuora, Salesforce and other business systems preferred
Basic understanding of source control and bug tracking tools (preferably JIRA)
Experience in managing test cases in concurrent projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal communications skills
Working knowledge of structured data using XML and JSON
Expertise in designing automation framework along with developing, executing and maintaining automation testing script
Knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practices
Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
Experience in testing Financials Systems (preferred)
Continued focus on improving Enterprise systems QA through optimizing procedures, proposing tools and evolving policies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent
