You are responsible for
Understanding of product features and assuring the quality at highest level
Review, analyze and understand the product requirements/ customer raised defects.
Test case design and execution: Write test scenarios and optimized test cases with maximum defect detection potential. Good understanding of test design techniques.
Execute the test cases and report the defects.
Prepare test environment setup for assigned scope with minimal guidance.
Understand and follow best practices, defined processes and tools.
Ensures timely delivery and quality of the deliverables for the assigned work
Escalate and resolve the technical and module related issues in timely manner
Team collaboration – should support team members to define test cases/ expected result / defect analyze
Qualifications
4+ years to Functional Testing Experience, majorly in Systems Integration Testing / E2E Integration Testing. Preferred to have around 1 year of experience in tools like SOAPUI or any other Open-Source tools.
Good Experience in Web application testing, Analyzing Requirements, Test Case Design, Test Execution, and Test reporting.
Testing on simulators/ hardware (ATM preferred)
Experience in using JIRA, X-Ray or similar Test Management & Bug tracking tool. Should be able to query details related to test cases, defects etc from these tools.
Experience of working in Agile/ Scrum environment/ Iterative model of SDLC
Test Automation for Web-based or Desktop applications preferably Selenium, Ranorex and API automation testing
Excellent Analytical and Troubleshooting skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
