Drive the delivery of Manual Testing projects.
Plan, monitor, and control all testing activities and tasks across respective releases & projects.
Design and develop Test Scenario and Test Case documents and execution of the project.
Monitor the scheduling and readiness of test environments (including interfaces and data setup) for each test stage.
Understand the domain of Mobile-first CRM under test and manually execute test cases as part of various test execution cycles.
Share test results to senior management on a daily basis, update the status in Jira, and test management tools.
Build a deeper understanding of product/application with a keen appreciation of Software Quality Conduct application testing for the application to assess the vulnerabilities.

Have an Engineering degree or equivalent.
Have 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in Manual Testing.
Have good knowledge of various testing methodologies, test processes, test techniques, risk analysis, test design principles, and the full project implementation life cycle.
Have detailed knowledge on Requirement Analysis, Test scenarios creation, Test case writing, defect tracking, and reporting.
Have relevant experience in Functional, Regression, Smoke Testing.
Have good knowledge on JIRA for defect reporting and tracking.
Have experience in handling multiple projects.
Have knowledge on SQL and Mongo.
Have solid experience in Web, Android, IOS applications testing.
Good to have knowledge on Automation with Selenium.
Good to have knowledge on Java/Python.
Are comfortable with change and learning new things, working outside of the comfort zone.
Are very good at analytical and logical thinking from different perspectives.
Have an ability to handle challenges and move and navigate through roadblocks during the process.
Are a solid communicator, having the ability to engage effectively with both Business and technology leaders internally.
