About the Role
As a member of the Business Technology Engage team, the Quality Assurance Engineer - Salesforce will be responsible for testing Salesforce applications and integrations with internal and external facing systems. The candidate will be responsible for hands-on testing and will need to partner effectively with other teams in Information Systems and key business partners for our Go-To-Market function. A team player, collaboration-oriented, mindset is essential.
About You
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or business analysis working in automated and manual testing techniques/approaches.
3+ years of experience with Salesforce and Salesforce portal
Experience with Selenium Web Driver
Develop, maintain and execute automated test scripts using Selenium/Jmeter.
JavaScript and Xpath knowledge (Highly preferred)
Good Understanding of HTML,CSS concepts.
Other Qualifications
Experience with end to end testing - Testing Planning, Test Execution, UAT, Regression.
Experience creating automation test suites at scale, in at least one of these tools: JUnit, Bamboo, Silk Test, Selenium, or Cypress.
Experience writing test plans, scripts and cases with experience in both manual and automated scripting environments
Analytical skills in assessing user, functional and technical requirements, as well as working understanding of functional testing
Ability to coordinate and work in an onsite-offshore model
Support and participate in providing value added feedback to the QA team, including improving QA processes, procedures and standards
