Identify test scenarios, expected results and associated environment/data requirements from design documents
Write, review and execute test scripts, and document test evidence
Identify and assess potential defects, and log in to the defect management tool
Assist with resolution and reproduction of defects as required
Draft testing progress reports and other client communications.
Conduct test design impact analysis for proposed changes or to problems with the system
Can adapt to changing situations and circumstances and deliver the tasks with high quality
Should knowledge about testing process, STLC and SDLC
Should knowledge of different life-cycle models
Flexibility to attend evening calls and work with US Business Partners
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
5 – 10 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience
Functional Area Skills/Knowledge:
Good to have US core banking knowledge
Experience with Agile Methodology (Scrum) and associated tools such as JIRA/Confluence or VSTS
Disciplined approach to testing, quality, and documentation
Individual Skills
Great communication, collaboration, teaming, self-management, and organization skills
Analytical skills in problem solving and troubleshooting
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop working relationships
