Responsibilities:
Lead multiple customer implementations in a Test Lead/Manager capacity using onshore/offshore models.
Responsible for creating Test artifacts including Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Execution Status Reports, and Defect Reports.
Ability to create an overall test strategy and formalize the overall test plan.
Works closely with internal and customer teams to understand business requirements, coordinate testing activities, and communicate test results.
Lead test team in translating business requirements to test cases and test scripts
Manage a Team of QA Analysts through all Phases of Testing - (Functional, System, Integration and User Acceptance) on a project
Lead internal defect triage calls
Assist in Performance Testing if required.
Assist customer with UAT planning as needed
Assist with UAT defect triage calls
Liaison to customer Quality Assurance Lead
Maintain and communicate QA metrics to internal and customer stakeholders via status/metrics reports
Document and communicate QA-related risks to Project Management
Interact, communicate and follow through with development & customer teams throughout testing phase
Ability to adapt to customer processes and integrate them into day to day work as needed without compromising best practices and quality
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a test lead capacity
Minimum of 3+ years of experience on Salesforce platform in any role.
Strong understanding of SQA methodologies.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment is a must.
Excellent communication and leadership skills required.
Great attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate and document defects
Experience in large-scale software deployments.
SCRUM & Salesforce certification(s) a big plus
Understanding of test automation framework, experience in test automation setup and execution of automation testing. Experience in any automation tools like Provar, Selenium etc.
Experience in Performance Testing tools would be a big plus.
Experience in the full software lifecycles from design to deployment
Excellent communication skills required and able to work independently
Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results
Good domain skills in Financial Services or Manufacturing would be a plus.
