5+ years of experience and at least 3+ years in a QA Management role.
Experience in identifying and reviewing test plans, test cases, and testing results.
3+ years of people management experience including hiring and developing QAEs and SDETs.
Experience identifying and implementing automated testing tools and frameworks.
Experience in engaging with stake holders to set and drive quality assurance goals.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational skills, tracking multiple test execution cycles simultaneously and communicating out results to key stakeholders
Excellent quality and release management skills.
Experience working closely with development and business teams to understand requirements and to communicate problem impacts during the development/test process
Demonstrated ability to define and present metrics that help illuminate our quality and quality goals
Experience with performance and stress testing methods and frameworks.
Familiar with implementing mobile device automation, emulation, and testing frameworks to support on-device testing.
