Roles & Responsibilities:
Ability to think beyond and strategize to improve quality of testing and optimize QA efforts across releases/environments based on measurable KPI s.
Increase overall level of automation across portfolio and providing metrics/reporting with goal of supporting automation framework adoption/overall rate of automation
Will be collaborating across various scrum teams in SaFE Agile methodology to support & implement continuous testing process
Should be proactive in highlighting the Risk / Issues in project to related stakeholders and also should know the mitigation plan as well.
Mentoring junior QA team members & provide direction
Impact You'll Make:
10-15 years of experience in QA with Minimum 5+ yrs. in QA lead role
Should have functional testing experience in Testing REST or SOAP based API, UI & backend testing
Experience in using GIT, & integrating test with CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins
Experience in using tools like Jira or Rally
Experience in managing test automation frameworks for API & UI in BDD Cucumber ,page object model Hybrid or Data driven Framework
Well versed with agile methodology scrum calls, retrospective ,sprint planning ,user story effort and point estimation
Should be more proactive in highlighting the Risk / Issues in project to related stakeholders and identify mitigation steps
Good knowledge of Database like PostgreSQL, Apache Solr (Optional)
Technical Skill - Good to have
Experience in testing ETL process using Abinitio
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS
Exposure to performance testing tools like Loadrunner, Jmeter etc

Educational Qualification
BE/BTech/BSc-IT/MCA
Cloud Certification
Software certification like ISTQB, CSTE,CSQA (will be added advantage)
