Role Expectations:
Creating test strategies and plans in collaboration with development and product leaders to assure that Digilence products have sufficient test coverage prior to their general release
Creation of test automation strategies and solutions (e.g., Selenium) to automate testing, where possible
Conduct a thorough QA process using a combination of manual and automation tests
Working in Jira throughout the SDLC for tracking of development items as they are ready for QA testing
Provide sufficient details on failed QA items so that the developer understands what failed, why and how to remedy
Supporting the security posture of Digilence products by providing test strategies to assure we remain compliant with our security policies
As the team grows, mentor junior QA team members as necessary.
