Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
Experience in project management and QA methodology including STLC.
Familiarity with testing in Agile development model and regression testing.
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Working knowledge of test management tools and database queries using SQL
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Strong organizational skills.
Good collaboration skills and experience of working in a team
Banking functional knowledge mandatory and in the area of Corporate Banking is desirable.
Graduate in Science/Engineering, MBA or a related field.
Responsibilities
Review and analyze functional specifications
Collaborate with other QA engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans with test data
Providing input/support to automation team in automating the identified test cases
Execute test cases (manual) and analyze results
Evaluate product code according to specifications
Create logs to document testing phases and defects
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Help troubleshoot issues by recreating steps and sharing logs
Conduct pre/post release testing activities.
Provide inputs to user manual and review contents for quality.
Prepare short videos/material highlighting product features.
Conducting user trainings.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
