QA Team Lead - Functional testing and Automation using UFT

Who we are looking for
Candidate with 7 plus years of total testing experience
A minimum of Degree level qualification in a computer or IT related subject is required, plus relevant experience or training in many of the main duties specified in the Job Specification.
Candidate should be able to demonstrable knowledge and expertise of, and exposure to, the majority of the primary development technologies listed in the Job Specification.
Strong understanding and hands on experience with QA processes and methodologies
Knowledge & Experience of Trade Life Cycle (Order Management System )

As QA Lead you will
SME in Capital Markets domain, Trading (Equity, FX, Futures & Fixed Income), FIX Connectivity  
Collaborate with BA function to implement enhancements on Trading platform
Must have at least 5 years of experience in QA Management for critical projects
Must have experience in functional and regression testing of Trading platforms like ION Minerva or CRD
Must have good experience in STLC, requirements gathering, test strategy, test planning, review test plan, test coverage , regression selection, test execution, tracking and test reporting for critical projects.
Experience using UFT, automation requirement analysis & feasibility, developing automation framework, scripting and execution
Responsible for defect management, maintain defect triage process, continuous defect review, tracking defects to closure.
Responsible for stakeholder management with vendor, Development, BA and support teams
Responsible for people management of QA team members
