Driving automation from the front based on Next Generation automation tools and technologies to bring in efficiency into the sanity testing process.
Working on environment stability which span across multiple functions. Constantly looking out for inefficiencies and eliminate them, thereby improving productivity.
Collaborating with external teams within the portfolio, cross functional stakeholders in development, QA, product management and program management office.
Troubleshooting the Environment issues, handling crisis bridges, sending out effective communication to the executives.
Focusing externally to understand trends related to customers, competitor’s products and services, the market, and other groups.
Preparing quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information (Strong documentation skills).
Innovating QA and industry standards to deliver a best in breed QA automation solution.
Fostering continuous improvement using tools and QA metrics to meet Quality KPIs.
Defining/refining QA standards and processes with both automation and manual testing efforts to meet the needs of the organization.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
What we’re looking for..
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in Automation.
Experience working with multiple Open Source Tools (e.g.,API Automation andUI Automation).
Knowledge of the various testing concepts (e.g., Functional, Usability, User Experience, and Customer Journey).
Knowledge of principles and methodology behind Customer Journey Testing.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Experience with Continuous Integration systems such as Jenkins, Bamboo, CruiseControl or TeamCity.
Experience in Agile Development, Continuous Integration, and Automation Testing.
Experience with tools/technologies like JIRA, Confluence, GIT, STASH, Puppet, Docker, Selenium.
Delivery Management skills in System/ End to End Testing and the ability to work with teams across multiple horizontals.
