Primary Responsibilities:
Identify, plan and execute the end-to-end business scenarios
Generate test automation scripts to automate manual workflows to reduce turnaround time in defect resolution process
Deliver software within an Agile environment
Actively participate in sprint planning, estimation, requirement analysis and review
Share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing with the scrum team
Creation of test plan and perform Test execution within the Sprints
Develop and update Automated test suite
Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge, learn, and innovate
Adapt and remain effective in a fast-paced, changing environment
Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent with 6+ years of experience
Hands-on experience analyzing and interpreting complex business requirements/ workflows and determining Test Scenarios/Test Cases/Test Data for large/complex systems
Hands-on experience on any of JavaScript and/or Python and/or Java
Hands-on experience on API and UI testing
Experience in understanding functionality and be able to manually do end to end testing
Working experience on cloud technologies like Azure/AWS
Strong analytical skills
Ability to closely coordinate and collaborate with multiple teams (Dev, QA, PM, BA and other teams)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on Sauce Labs
CI/CD and tools like Jenkins
Self-driven and able to work independently with minimum support/mentoring
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Willing to learn new technologies and implement the same in the Testing Area
