Introduction:
• Work with systems development teams to validate the quality of the product delivered to the stakeholders as per requirement.
• Mitigate risks to Business through timely and precise execution of NFT test scripts under moderate supervision.
• Preparation and execution of test ware – NFT scripts and data
• Produce test results/screenshots
• Defect reporting & tracking till closure
What will you be doing?
• Identify issues in requirements, design specifications, application architecture and product documentation
• Understanding functionality related to given module.
• Develop NFT Test specifications based on various requirement documents within schedule constraints
• Develop test data and verify test environments.
• Set up necessary monitoring / profiling tools to identify and isolate performance bottlenecks
• Perform NFT test execution activities as per engagement level in the project
• Constant communication and follow-ups with NFT Test Lead / Test Manager during NFT Test planning and execution phases where applicable
• Log NFT defects and track it to closure
• Contribute to accurately estimate work requirements
• Report status promptly, accurately and as required
• Beginner’s / Intermediate knowledge of NFT tools,
• Preparing required MI
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Must have 5-8 years experience in Non-Functional Testing.
• Must have experience in analysis and reporting of performance tests.
• Strong knowledge of LoadRunner, AppDynamics, Ganglia, Wily, Kibana, etc.
• Strong knowledge of analysing and interpreting performance tests results via tools, able to identify bottlenecks
• Prior experience on API testing, and DB’s like Oracle,
• Deep understanding & experience in Heap & Thread Dump analysis, tuning recommendations to fix performance issues
• Prior experience with Tuning/optimization of .NET/J2EE/Java Applications, Oracle databases, SQL Databases etc
• Understanding of Resiliency, Failover and HA Patterns
• Must be collaborative and able to share best practice at all levels.
• Must have the ability to identify and resolve issues within own team.
• Must be able to work individually and as part of a cross functional team including technology resources.
• Must be delivery focused attitude
• Prior experiencing in performance testing of application hosted in cloud (AWS)
• Must have a working knowledge of Middleware applications; WAS, Tuxedo and MQ
• Must have a good working knowledge of HP Load Runner with MQ and JAVA protocols.
• Must have a working knowledge of Oracle databases.
• Knowledge on Python
