Be a part of a QA team, participate in the requirement, design, development, SDLC cycles with a focus on Manual testing techniques.
Testcase preparation and get them reviewed with peers.
Need to coordinate with onsite team.
Lead aspects of our services-based solutions and internal applications to ensure quality & consistency.
Hands-on Analyst who will support client implementation during QA testing and UAT of Evolent’s core platforms.
Ensure Quality in software solutions using industry best practices.
Understand and ensure the area of security and performance in all the functionalities of the system.
Collaborates with team and business owners in the testing and/or execution of all types of software testing considering the objectives of the organization.
Participate in the full systems life cycle with solution design, development, implementation, and product support using scrum and other agile methodologies.
Understand source-code repository and participate in deployment of code into production.
Help explore and implement new techniques.
Participate in QA process improvements of our continuous integration services.
Communicates the status and forecasting of these projects to the internal clients through a variety of methods including project status reports.
Identifies new QA techniques that will benefit short and long-term department goals.
Understand the business & system with all business rules & functions.
Understand the internal and external applications and how they are connected.
The Experience You Need (Required):
Bachelor’s Degree Required
3+ years of experience in Manual testing
SQL Knowledge is Mandatory
Excellent written computer and oral communication skills
Finishing Touches (Preferred):
US Healthcare Domain or Claims processing knowledge is a plus.
Experience in Agile methodology & Scrum framework
Intense intellectual curiosity and an ability to connect the business rules from different functional areas to understand the whole system.
