Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's/PG degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
3-5 years of strong experience in QA/testing or application development
Strong at preparing the test plan and ensure that that test plans get reviewed by all stakeholders and strong in peer reviews.
Must have API automation experience
Strong command of Essential technologies: SQL scripting, PL/SQL.
Knowledge of API Testing
Experience in design and development of automated tests using automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Appium) with exposure in testing across the application layers (UI/Service/Data layers)
Experience in SQL/PL-SQL, writing queries and RDBMS is a plus
Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, QA methodologies, defect management system, and documentation.
Knowledge of testing in CI, DevOps, rolling deployment/upgrade model is a plus
Experience in automation, automation frameworks and automation delivery preferred.
Good at setting Quality standards in various new testing technologies in the industry.
Good at identifying and defining areas to calculate the overall risk to the project and Creating strategies to mitigate those risks and escalate as necessary.
Excellent Analytical and communication skills are essential, with strong verbal and writing proficiencies
Able to work well individually and with a team
Excellent problem solving, analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong in testing across the application layers
Good in SDET Professional skills.
Strong knowledge on Coding Skills in any programmatic language
Python/ Java skills value added.
