Responsibilities:
Develop and execute manual and automated tests for assigned projects to enable delivery of high-quality software products and services on time and to specification
Interact with internal stakeholders to plan testing and to ensure products meet product requirements and quality standards
Maintain flexibility to react quickly to changes in priorities or circumstances to meet the needs of the business
Report issues and results, researching and identifying root causes as appropriate, documenting accordingly. Ensure results of root cause analyses are addressed
Research tools and participate in initiatives to implement those that will most effectively enhance testing capabilities and product quality
Participate in the continuous improvement of the processes employed for test planning and execution, defect tracking, and metric and status reporting

Essential Skills
4+ years of Quality or Software Engineering experience with web applications
BS in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience
3+ years developing automated tests using C#
Proven experience with Selenium test implementation
CI/CD experience and knowledge
Strong understanding of QE methodologies and the software development process
Team player, self-starter
Advanced written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Understanding of industry trends and ability to evaluate those that may benefit the organization
Ability to identify and implement continuous process improvement
Strong research skills (tools/root cause analysis)
Desired skills
Comfortable working with cloud-based infrastructure using AWS or similar
REST APIs testing experience using Postman or similar
Experience with performance and load testing tools and metrics
