Primary Responsibilities:
Design and develop automation frameworks using .NET/Java, Cucumber, TestNG
Ensure extensive test coverage
Be capable of building, deploying and managing own environment
Develop quality automation code and maintaining the same
Database testing
Test plan, test case, and test script creation and execution
Requirements analysis and estimation
Environment validation
Investigate issues and provide analysis
Defect and trend tracking, reporting, and analysis
Use of QA methodology and processes
Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
3 or more years of previous experience with software quality assurance and/or software testing
Previous experience creating and/or executing test plans, test cases, or test scripts
Automation testing experience: Design, development and implement automated tests in an BDD / ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development) setting and Agile methodologies
Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL
Expertise on Java/ .NET, Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin and Jenkins
Expertise in Database testing and automated testing
Knowledge of or experience with the System Development Life Cycle and software testing practices
HIPAA format knowledge (837, 835, 277, NCPDP, 999, 8ER)
Agile methodology knowledge
Customization/upgradation of Automation framework as per project/application requirement
Proven leadership, able to influence without authority
Proactive individual who takes ownership of issues
Good team player with constantly interact with other team members
Ownership and accountability for the assigned tasks
Ability to deliver test automation solutions in accordance with enterprise standards and within development and operational guidelines
Ability to execute/Deliver in Sprint & Regression Automation
Ability to participate as a member of a cross functional team
