Primary Responsibilities:
Accountable to balance the testing Contact Center applications (IVR/Call Routing) to meet complex business needs
Work closely with product owners, developers and cross functional teams to understand product requirements
Enhance and maintain Cyara automation framework to provide advanced capabilities to users
Responsible for continuous improvement to build test efficiencies and effectiveness through the use of Cyara automation tool
Report project status, attend status meetings and provide regular updates to management
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
5 – 8 years of experience in testing Contact center applications
Experience working on large scale projects with complex data integration points
Knowledge of Test planning, Test case design and Test case execution
Knowledge of Test data management
Knowledge of Troubleshoot defects and assist in resolution
Proficiency with automated IVR testing, ideally Cyara
Able to work in a team and have leadership qualities to handle the team
Good work independently
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work closely with your teammates in a matrixed organization
