Job Description

As a Lead, you will consult to our top tier client base, covering all areas of the testing lifecycle in multiple domains. Knowledge and expertise on all software delivery methodologies and test processes, you will use your testing capability to deliver large scale projects on schedule and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for SAP projects, including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts for various SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.).
Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure complete test coverage for SAP solutions.
Manage test environments, tools, and data to support testing activities.

Skills & Experience:
8+ years in software testing with at least 4 years in SAP testing.
Strong knowledge of SAP modules and integration points, SAP Solution Manager, and test automation tools.
Familiarity with testing tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or Tosca. Exposure to automation frameworks is a plus.
Proven experience in leading testing teams and managing deliverables.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
