Deep Quality Engineering technical knowledge on automation framework, standards, and best practices, Industry trends and tools.
Functional knowledge in WI domain, especially about Data Engineering for DC platforms, EDL, Personalization, Data Exchange.
Understand business and systems requirements and translate into QE strategy, Business Critical scenarios and Test plans consistently across large, business critical program. Shown approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs.
Measure and Report key QE metrics related to test coverage, % automation, DevOps/ CI Cd integration, Test data mgmt., automation test script quality etc.

Required Technical skills
Experience in Agile development methodology and Jira tool
Experience in testing distributed applications at multiple layers of the technology stack
Hand-on experience in Test Management lifecycle
Strong experience in Test automation design, development and execution using various tools eg. Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, RestAssured, Git and Jenkins etc.
Exposure and basic knowledge of software development skills using Java/ Springboot/Angular, SQL/PL SQL
Strong knowledge of continuous integration and deployment – Git, Maven, Jenkins, Udeploy, BIT bucket, Docker, SonarQube, etc.
Demonstrated experience with Azure cloud technologies, DevOps, CI/CD experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required
10+ Years of Quality Engineering / Software Testing Experience
6+ years of test automation development using Java or similar language.
Hands-on experience as Quality Engineering chapter leader or leader for a critical product area managing QA team with Automation and SDET (Java, API, Database) Skills.
Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing people and teams
Experience identifying and acquiring talent needs; and resource planning and talent allocation across large organizations
Financial services experience, preferred
