Primary Responsibilities:
Leading & mentoring team as a Quality Assurance Lead
Applying quality assurance principles and ability to understand the requirement to write test cases
Mentor and perform manual testing including manual system regression testing
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business to understand the system changes which will be tested
Conduct UAT handover sessions with business to ensure all systems changes are handed to latter after QA sign-off.
Document and communicate metrics and present same as part of Go/No-Go
Mentor junior QA on the team
Adapt to new methodologies, platforms and frameworks to support the business needs
Work with Development & Delivery Lead to ensure QA deliverables are on time and with quality
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
7-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance especially Manual Testing
Experience in Automation tool like Selenium
Experience in working along with development teams to ensure handover and defect walkthrough
Test suites/cases design experience
Good knowledge of Rally tool
Knowledge of DevOps and Agile process/methodologies
Knowledge of Healthcare system and programs like Medicare, Medicaid etc.
Exposure to Agile tools like Rally and experience in maintaining test cases & defects under it
Test Scripting skill
