BS degree preferred (e.g. Computer Science or Computer/Electrical engineering)
10 years of software testing and quality assurance experience of SaaS solutions, in an Agile development environment
5 years leading a distributed team of quality engineers in supporting highly available, scalable multi-tiered web-facing applications
Successful history of building and motivating strong, high performing teams including hiring outstanding talent and coaching them to success
Ability to form strong trusted relationships with key stakeholders and their employees, foster an innovative environment while being grounded on a strong sense of integrity and values.
Experience working with globally distributed teams in highly successful software product development environments
Salesforce Administrator certification with practical experience validating applications built on the Salesforce platform
Experience working in an FDA regulated environment, with knowledge of validation requirements for the FDA Title 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
Experience defining test strategies and plans, and owning products from beginning to end
Practical experience in all types of testing including exploratory, functional and non-functional testing such as performance, reliability and security
Practical, architectural-level capabilities in programmatic web, web services and mobile test automation framework creation along with continuous integration tools usage
Experience establishing effective automation practices along with functional testing
