Responsibilities:
Take ownership of multiple customer implementations in a Test engineer capacity using onshore/offshore models.
Responsible for creating Test artifacts including Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Execution Status Reports, and Defect Reports.
Ability to create an overall test strategy and formalize the overall test plan.
Works closely with internal and business teams to understand business requirements, coordinate testing activities, and communicate test results.
Translating business requirements to test cases and test scripts
Should have a thorough knowledge on all Phases of Testing - (Functional, System, Integration and User Acceptance) on a project
Taking ownership in internal defect triage calls
Assist business with UAT planning as needed
Assist with UAT defect triage calls
Maintain and communicate QA metrics to internal and business stakeholders via status/metrics reports
Document and communicate QA-related risks to Project Management
Interact, communicate, and follow through with development & customer teams throughout testing phase
Ability to adapt to customer processes and integrate them into day-to-day work as needed without compromising best practices and quality
Requirements
Minimum of 4-5+ years of experience in a testing capacity
Minimum of 3+ years of experience on Salesforce platform in any role.
Understanding of test automation framework, experience in test automation setup and execution of automation testing. Experience in TOSCA automation tools.
Strong understanding of SQA methodologies.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment is a must.
Excellent communication and leadership skills required.
Should have experience on test management tools like qTest Manager, JIRA and others.
Great attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate and document defects
Experience in large-scale software deployments.
SCRUM & Salesforce certification(s) a big plus
Experience in the full software lifecycles from design to deployment
Excellent communication skills required and able to work independently
Ability to instill accountability and achieve results
Good domain skills in healthcare would be a plus.
