Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:
Analysing of BRDs/ SRS or CRs as required with IT teams from a design and development perspective
As a Scrum master, you need to manage your corresponding scrum ensuring that all requirements are developed and tested in the release cycle. As part of DevOps, any tickets or incidents for corresponding scrum team will be resolved or looked into without breaching SLA
Establishing test strategy (functional/Non-functional) & develop test plans
Participating in QA test cycles and UAT test support
Handling Defect resolution discussions with scrum teams to drive on-time availability of critical fixes
Identifying and automating test scripts as per defined automation framework
Developing visual artifacts, flow diagrams to depict the user requirements and design
Acting as an advisory, consultant to development teams and product owners - QA teams
Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver; take a problem and express it as stories and tasks for developers 
Developing Prototypes/mock ups as required using MS Office (Excel/Power point/Visio) or similar applications

Qualification/Requirements
Have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in testing of business applications and technologies
Have 3+ years of experience in SFDC domain with Business Process Analysis to gather and document requirements.
Have hands on working experience with business process analysis & testing
Have experience in automation testing tool with TOSCA as an added advantage. (TOSCA automation experience with framework knowledge, TOSCA test suite with navigation )
Have experience with Salesforce application and applications integrated with Salesforce
Have excellent communicator and team player
Has the ability to take ownership of small tasks and deliver without supervision while using their discretion to seek help when necessary
Have to Voice opinions and presents clear rationale. Uses data or factual evidence to influence.
