Qualifications:
Design, Develop and Maintain Test Scripts, withinTesting automation platforms (Provar, Selenium, etc.)
Define end to end testing process and methods in Salesforce environment including cross system integrations across multiple work streams.
Define automated regression testing process and framework, including UI, back end, Salesforce components and integrations.
Define and coordinate application load and performance testing across testers and Salesforce team.
Oversee and/or perform the execution of test cases to assure SFDC functionality meets the business needs.
Evaluate testing results and document testing issues in a quality assurance tracking system; make recommendations for long-term improvements.
Research and find opportunities to utilize SFDC QA best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling and monitoring and remain current on trends and standards in the SFDC PaaS environment.
Define QA metrics and report daily, weekly and as needed by the SFDC team.
Communicate the value and ROI of QA activities, including test automation.
Create user and training documentation of new functionality
Collaborate with the Support Team in troubleshooting production issues
Keep QA process documentation up to date and champion SFDC process improvements
Mentor and assist other SFDC QA associates as they are added to the team (if applicable).

Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of professional IT/Engineering experience required with demonstrated QA experience.
Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud,
Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and AppExchange/App cloud application integration.
2+ years’ experience testing in Salesforcewith emphasis on Service Cloud, App Cloud & Community Cloud.
Knowledge of MVC concepts, object-oriented methodologies and approaches
Experiencein Selenium/Provaror othertest automation software
Familiarity with salesforce1 Lightning& Lightning Components(Plus)
Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies (Plus)
Salesforce Admin 201 preferred.
