Basic Qualifications:
At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce quality assurance, Service cloud and test automation.
Work closely with the business team and technical team.
Creating test plans and execution strategy for Salesforce programs..
Perform all types of manual testing (functional, exploratory, regression, smoke tests, integration tests) across salesforce modules.
Experience in automated test scripts for functional and integration testing.
Experience in maintaining test frameworks and tools using Selenium.
Expertise in automation tools like Selenium or browser stack
Knowledge of Salesforce Support/Service cloud features
Other Qualifications
Service cloud certification
Experience with Selenium / Provar tools
Experience creating automation test suites at scale, in at least one of these tools: JUnit, Bamboo, Silk Test, Selenium, or Cypress
Experience of managing QA scripts in QAComplete.
