Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
5+ years of experience in Testing in manual and automation. Good experience in salesforce
1. Develop and maintain test cases and test plans based on functional requirements and specifications.
2. Perform functional, integration, and regression testing on Salesforce Service Cloud features and functionalities.
3. Collaborate with development teams to investigate and debug issues reported during testing.
4. Report and track defects using bug tracking tools and follow up on fixes and retesting.
5. Participate in release activities to ensure that new features and functionalities are properly tested before release to customers.
6. Identify and communicate risks and issues that may impact project timelines, scope, or quality.
7. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall quality of the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Service Cloud features and functionalities and make recommendations for their use in testing activities.
9. Provide support to end-users for issues related to Salesforce Service Cloud functionality.
10. To be successful in this role, candidates should have experience in software testing and familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, as well as strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
