2+ years experience building successful production software systems
A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals (based on a Bachelors or Masters of Science in CS or related field)
Experience defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as C, C++, C#, Java, or Python
Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following: test automation, refactoring code, test-driven development, build infrastructure, optimizing software, debugging, building tools and testing frameworks
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated experience in an SDET role with strong knowledge of QA methodology, test strategy and test planning.
Coding experience with automated testing frameworks, tools, services, and physical devices
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly
Experienced in Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
Experience influencing software engineering best practices within your team
Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
Experienced in interacting and coordinating test activities among multiple team
