Responsibilities:
Understand User Experience, design thinking and its importance to product features.
Work very closely with development teams to ensure technical specifications and final product meet business requirements.
Responsible for setting up and implementation of test automation strategy from Functional and Non functional perspective for one module or multiple modules who you work with.
Responsible for addition of new capabilities and features in the automation framework which is used by the entire QA team for test automation.
Requirements:
4+ years of QA experience in test automation for products or systems
Experienced in Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
Hands on automation experience required in Selenium and Appium for UI.
Experience in testing Web applications and API testing tools like Postman etc
Should be very good in test case documentation.
Exposure to BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or any other.
Performance testing using jMeter/Gatling etc.
Exposure to mobile testing and mobile automation using Appium/Calabash etc.
Experience with CI Tools like Jenkins.
Exposure to Cloud based Cross Browser Testing Tools like BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, Lambda Test etc
Skills:- Selenium, Test Automation (QA), Software Testing (QA), JUnit, Jest, Cucumber, Test driven development (TDD), JMeter and Smoke Testing
Programming language - Java (preferred), Javascript
