Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities:
Work in an Agile development environment collaborating with the Engineering and Product teams to deliver quality software iteratively 
Select and establish performance test frameworks and software testing tools to verify and quantify the quality of the produced software 
Mature and evolve the testing architecture through the evaluation and adoption of new automation tools, techniques, and practices 
Application assessment for performance testing and engineering
Establish test controls and review performance test artefacts prior to production release
Ability to review performance testing and engineering practices and capabilities of application teams
Ability to interact with CI/CD, release engineering, infrastructure, cloud, development, and compliance teams 
Create training documentation & conduct knowledge transfer sessions 
Integrate QA and testing process into Software Development & Release Cycles 

Position Requirements:
Experience in software development and testing and have an expertise with a programming language (Java or Python)
Experience in adoption of performance test frameworks
Experience with performance testing tool sets –JMeter, Blazemeter
Experience with monitoring tools like AppDynamics
Experience with log analytics tools like Splunk, Grafana
Experience with issue tracking and test management tools such as Jira
Experience working with databases and testing RDBMS such as MS-SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
Experience with code versioning and management tools like BitBucket ,Git
Experience with CI/CD and build pipeline tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity, and CircleCI
Experience working in software quality assurance to validate enterprise cloud applications
