Responsibilities:
Participate in sprint planning, providing input on required tasks, process, and associated effort for the selected user stories.
Responsible for development of features, review and build automation scripts throughout agile development iterations.
Participate in code reviews for both the developer and SDET teams.
Be a key participant in creating a Quality First and Zero Defects culture.
Must be able to work in coordination with various stake holders and also independently, as and when required.
Desired Candidate profile:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Software Development using Java, JSP, Servlets
Hands on experience in Jenkins, GIT, SVN, TFS etc.
Experience which includes test automation using Java is preferred.
Must have hands-on coding experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Junit, TestNG etc.
Exposure to scrum/agile practices preferred.
Test scripts automation with best practices and standards
Experience and desire to work in a team having diverse / multiple stakeholder and Global delivery environment.
Superb communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization.
Should be willing to learn.
