Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide technical ownership over Test Automation Frameworks and internal productivity tools
Work cross-functionally within and outside of BU with independence
Create and review test plans, test cases, and test specifications as and when required
Design, develop automation frameworks and tools as required
Participate in design and code reviews
Communicate technical dependencies and concerns/issues of implementations effectively
Take initiative to improve products, tools, and process
Manage activities to meet the delivery dates and report accurate, complete status
Mentor junior engineers
Requirements:
Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent from premier institutes.
Demonstrated technical leadership and ownership experience
Experience in designing and implementing Test frameworks/Tools
Experience in designing and implementing Test automation
At least 12 years of experience of working with industry standard test frameworks and proficiency in any of the programming languages like Python/Java/Go
Excellent good written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with global teams highly desirable
