Roles & Responsibilities:
Integrate, Configure and Test cybersecurity devices/solution during project execution in-line with cybersecurity design directives and project contractual requirements.
Support evaluation of COTS products in line with project needs (e.g. syslogger, IDS/IPS, firewall,etc.).
Execute security engineering tasks including deployment, configuring and hardening of both IT and OT devices including but not limited to firewalls, IDS/IPS, syslogger, servers, routers, switches and other RTOS devices.
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
3+ years experience in network security (preferred) / information security.
Hands on experience in configuration, deployment and test in the area of network security for products such as servers, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
Knowledge of security protocols (radius, VPN, IP-SEC, SSH, etc.).
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux), log/event analysis and packet analysis tools (Wireshark, tcpdump, etc.)
Strong documentation (written) and presentation (verbal) skills
Ability to collaborate across traditional engineering functions.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
Hands on experience in configuration, deployment and test in the area of OT products.
Hands on experience in configuration, deployment and test in the area of Virtual environment (Networking, OS, Hypervisor).
