Responsibilities/Requirements:
Support of Head of Testing function.
Leads management of Testing Team.
Ensures that tools and processes for testing are in place and maintained.
Manages annual testing plan.
Ensures skills and resources in place to deliver testing as required.
Serve as a technical point of contact for the team, including Mentors & Seniors.
Implement solutions to scale security testing and enable engineering teams to identify security flaws and vulnerabilities pre-production.
Qualifications
Formal Education & Certification
Four-year college diploma or university degree in computer science or computer engineering, and/or 5 years equivalent work experience.
Industry Certifications preferred: CEH, OSCP, OSCE, OSWE, GPEN, GCIH, GWAPT, or GXPN
Knowledge & Experience
5 years direct experience in enterprise-level applications, SAST/SCA, DAST, and/or manual penetration testing.
Understanding of OWASP, the MITRE ATT&CK framework and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems.
Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data mapping.
Strong background in risk management methodologies as they relate to integration/software testing.
Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.
Strong understanding of end-user needs and requirements.
Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
Key Performance Metrics
Support delivery of Policy metrics for DAST and Penetration Testing
Ensure constant communication with Business to ensure service satisfaction.
