Primary Technical Skillset:
Must have minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in testing Web services (Java or .NET)-based projects using modern QA tools and automation testing techniques
Experienced in designing automated test scripts for testing function and quality of web services
Experienced in designing, developing & executing automated test scripts and validations for web service solutions for multiple & parallel processing pipelines
Strong development experience in creating test automation scripts using common scripting languages like javascript, SQL, Java, Python, C#, maven, YAML, Shell scripts
Experienced in designing and building automated testing framework using BDD & TDD tools like Cucumber, Jbehave, Jasmine, Selenium, Gherkin
Hands-on experience in building and implementing DevOps automation strategies for testing using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bamboo, Maven, Gradle, Shell scipts
Knowledge of defect tracking tools and integration with Azure DevOps Board, Jira and github
Nice to have familiarity of testing applications integrated with Azure Web services and Azure serverless technologies, and Streaming tools Kafka, DevTest Labs
Azure DevOps Certification would be a plus
Functional Skillset:
5+ years of experience in Quality Testing of Cloud based services, web services, microservices
Estimate test accurately and coordinate with team members for work activities.
Apply, design and Enhance automated testing strategies and build automated testing frameworks under ATDD.
Involve in product design to guarantee adherence of test coverage for meeting end user requirements.
Record test results and report and verify software bug fixes to accept automation criteria.
Coordinate with program and development management teams in product development lifecycle to conform end user product and quality requirements and shipment schedule.
Familiarity with domain data in an Investment or Asset Management domain-based organizations
Should have analytical thinking and attentive to details and requirements understanding
Experienced working within Agile Scrum teams
Education: Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, finance, statistics or math
Years of experience: Total 5+ years of experience in automation driven testing framework
