Job Description

As a Senior Automation Test Analyst, you shall be responsible for performing testing services includes defining and implement test automation strategy, testing roadmap & tools and delivering the services within acceptable service evaluations. You shall act as a subject matter expert (SME) in automation testing and provide expertise to diversified projects across business units. Below are some of the job responsibilities:
You will be handling end to end testing activities including planning, scripting, execution, and defect management. Wherein, you will prepare test plans and detailed test scripts supporting test cases derived from an analysis of functional requirements and specifications.
You will look at the possibilities for automating test cases within the project boundaries and identify test scenarios for automation. You will use the Novo Nordisk approved Test Automation tool (Leapwork) to design the test scenarios.
You will drive the creation, enhancement, debugging, and running the test cases and you will be responsible for thoroughly testing software to ensure intended operation and uncover defects prior to implementation.
Involvement in product design to ensure adherence of test coverage for meeting end user requirements will be a key responsibility.
You will be organizing, monitoring defect management process handling changes and conducting regression tests.

As a senior test analyst, you will also support in service management and related tasks such as resourcing, mentoring, and coaching. You will closely work with the validation consultants, IT QCs (Quality Check), IT QAs (Quality Analyst) to ensure that the IT System is in alignment with the Novo Nordisk QMS (quality management systems) Requirements.

Qualification
MCA, M.Sc., B.SC. BE or similar graduate degree in relevant field. A certification in ITIL and ISO quality management certification is preferred.
Min 10+ years of experience of working in a service level-based organization/ pharmaceutical industry preferably in the Automation Testing domain.
Min 2+ years of practical experience with LeapWork or other test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Appium.
Hands on working knowledge in LeapWork for web applications.
Good knowledge in OOPS (Object-Oriented Programming) Concepts.
Experience working with test management tools like HP ALM (HP Application Lifecycle Management), ADO, Jira.
Experience with both waterfall and Agile methodology
Knowledge of and experience with regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, 21 CFR Part 11).
Demonstrate an exceptional ability to work with stakeholders at the highest organisational level.
Must have excellent communication skills. It shall be expected of you to be highly self-motivated to work independently, within delegated authority, with minimal or no supervision.
Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team, and a clear understanding of how assigned responsibilities impact other processes and the work of other people.
