• We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our team.
• Min 5-8 years of experience in Selenium/ Katalon – Automation, with hands on experience in designing and developing automation frameworks from Scratch
• The ideal candidate should have experience in Java programming language with Selenium/ Katalon for automation testing, and should be able to lead and guide a team of automation test engineers.
• He/ She will be responsible for developing and executing automation test scripts in Salesforce platform, maintaining and improving existing automation frameworks, and working closely with the development team to ensure high-quality software releases.
Must Have Skills:
Knowledge on Core Java concepts like: Oops: Constructors, Method overloading, Method overriding, Encapsulation etc.
Knowledge on Selenium and Web Driver architecture is a Must
Test Automation framework: TestNG
Maven Build Management tool
Behavior-driven development (BDD)
Able to relate the theoretical knowledge into projects
Able to lead the team independently
Knowledge on IP Technology will be an added advantage
Requirements
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java programming language with Selenium, or using Katalon
• Build and maintain automation frameworks to ensure test scripts are efficient, scalable, and maintainable
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that software releases are of high quality
• Work with project managers and stakeholders to define testing strategies and test plans
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality
• Analyze test results and debug issues to identify root causes
• Mentor and lead a team of automation test engineers
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software testing
• Drive team efficiency by tracking their progress, constantly look for improvements in software development and testing processes
