We are looking for a Senior Tester to assess software quality through Manual/Automation testing and be able take the responsibility as an IT Business Analyst. This Position requires the resource to manage a team and should be able to meet business objectives. Should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Responsible for analysing, eliciting, defining, brainstorming, and communicating business needs; across cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for gathering, analysing, and providing functional solutions that will be transformed into technology solutions.
Conduct business analysis sessions with customers or relevant stakeholders.
Prepare test strategy, write test cases
Executes test cases under varying circumstances
Documents and evaluates test results
Detects, logs, and reports program bugs and glitches
Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors
Reviews test procedures and develops test scripts
End to end functional testing using end-user hardware devices, familiar with any test management tool (JIRA will be an advantage)
Conduct end-to-end system integration tests using system software and end-user hardware product.
Take ownership of certain test modules and deliver as per the test schedule.
Assist test lead in creating test artifacts viz. test plans, test reports, and test matrix.
Perform estimation based on functional requirements using techniques such as Function Points, Story Points, Use Case Points, etc
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
Providing leadership, training and guidance to junior resources
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completing of projects.
