Develop strategies, plans and other project associated documents
Liaise with project stakeholders to maintain a healthy relationship and resolve any issues/ conflicts/ negotiations amicably
Develop/guide to maintain resourcing needs for testing assignments.
Maintain adequate test standards and correct any anomalies / improvements observed coordinating with peers / management
Design test scenarios, test scripts and execute tests when need arises to support delivery
Support team development by exploring tools and techniques which can improve daily work.
Author Test Cases, support test case review meetings and execute them as per project schedule
Ability to frame basic to intermediate SQL queries
Participate actively in all project and organizational ceremonies
Adhere to internal policies and norms to ensure compliance
Essential for the role:
9-10 years hands-on experience with Functional Testing Concepts with:
Good understanding of Testing lifecycle
Hands on experience in writing test scenarios, scripts
Good Experience in Leading Functional Testing projects
Good understanding of project artifacts like Strategy, Plan, Reports etc.
Good understanding of defect lifecycle and triage
Ability to frame basic SQL queries
Excellent Analytical and Logical Thinking.
Excellent communication skills
Desirable for the role:
Experience testing with tools is a plus
Experience with Selenium is a plus
Basic understanding of DB concepts
Hands on experience working in Agile projects
Experience in Life Sciences is a plus
