Job Description

12-16 years of experience in strategic test planning, execution and documentation
5 years in Test architect, quality engineering leadership roles
Developing end to end full lifecycle scenarios considering various cloud backend services
Developing automated test cases for backend services , API, UI
Has experience handling multiple teams including manual, performance and automation
Run performance engineering and come up with sizing and benchmarking
Should be familiar with white box testing and implementing best practices in testing
Guiding and mentoring teams on creating, enhancing and maintaining testcase and automation frameworks
Define release criteria/ exit criteria for various phases and define release readiness
Build and manage high performing teams
High focus on business requirements and customer satisfaction delivering highest quality
Cross functional team communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders for delivery
Good understanding of full SDLC and product development and R&D

Requirements
Thorough understanding of OS internals, System backend , Windows and Linux OS
Hands on experience on automation frameworks like Selenium, Robot, Cucumber
Hands on experience on one of core coding languages Java, .Net, Python
Hands on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter,Loadrunner,Gatliing and various dashboards for systems monitoring Appdynamics,
Experience working on GIT,BitBucket , SVN for source code management tools
Experience with collaboration tools like Jira, wiki, Testlink, Sharepoint, Teams
Exposure to DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes and full CI/CD
Experience on Cloud backend technologies Kafka, Cassandra, ActiveMQ, Elastic Search
Exposure working on cloud providers like AWS, Azure, GCP or OCI
Exposure to web application security testing

Conduct code reviews, set up best practices, mentor/train team on them
Experience in planning and executing tests for validating the performance of cloud-based SaaS with large throughput
Experience in complete SDLC, Agile Scrum, DevOps and Automation of testing including practices like Test Driven Development, Domain Driven development, etc.
Experience in continuous delivery of micro-services with test automation
Strong test data management skills
Strong communication and personal skills: work well with members of other functional groups in a project team; demonstrate a strong sense of project ownership
