Skills:
1. Must have Telecom experience
2. Strong & rich experience in End to End Project Test Management
3. Must have experience with Oracle Suite (Telecom Billing, Siebel CRM, BRM) if not, Amdocs Suite good to go.
Job Responsibility
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Accountable for test management at an IT programme / project level.
• Lead an offshore team of testers working across your project.
• Act as a point of decision around test approach, strategy and escalation on behalf of programme & portfolio stakeholders.
• Champion continual service improvement across UK IT
• Role model VF way behaviours across the function.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Expert in testing methodologies, test management and associated practices.
• Experience working with offshore teams and services
• Test Management experience across major IT projects & programmes.
• Experience running test programmes across technologies in the industry
• Must have telecom experience
• Experience in test automation frameworks and tools as well as driving automated testing successfully on test programmes
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• ISTQB (Advanced preferably).
• TMMi experience or certification (desirable).
