Candidate should have worked as a Senior Manual Test Engineer for atleast 4 to 7 years;
Candicate should have knowledge in Contact Center Technology Domain (Call Center Applications like CTI, IVR, Call Routing, Call Recording, Real Time Reporting and so on) for atleast 4 Years;
He/She will need to prepare the Test case design based on IVR and Call Routing Call flows and various configuration Tools like Genesys Administaration Extention Tool (GAX), Geneys Rules Authorization Tool (GRAT) and Verint WFM (Impact 360);
Test Execution based on various call types like Inbound, Outbound, Callback,Transfer,Consult calls;
Should have knowledge in HPALM;
Should have an experiance of atleast 5 to 8 years in Testing;
Should have strong funcational, analytic and problem solving skills;
Should possess good oral and written communication skills;
Good team player and co-ordinate with multiple teams.
